Dr. Ron Zohar is an expert in the fields of Data Fusion and Machine Learning and in the design and implementation of state-of-the-art, data intensive algorithmic driven systems. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from the same institute. With over 20 years of experience in management, design and development of advanced algorithmic systems, Dr. Zohar held several engineering and managerial positions at Rafael advanced defense systems including managing Rafael's Situation Awareness Department and was the leader of a major algorithmic group in a flagship national project (Israel Defense Prize Winner). Dr. Zohar co-founded and served as CTO of Arbiplus, a successful high-frequency algo-trading company and has issued several patents worldwide.

Mr. Moran Shemer is an expert in the design and development of large-scale software systems. He holds a BSc. in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University and M.A in economics from Tel Aviv University. With over 15 years of experience in management, design and development of data-intensive command and control software systems, Mr. Shemer held several engineering and managerial positions at mPrest including VP of R&D and was the leader of the command and control system in a flagship national project (Israel Defense Prize Winner).
